OP-CV is a digital service available at op-cv.com.

OP-CV helps you create a professional version of your CV from the information you already have, and download it as PDF and Word.

Optionally, you can create a professional profile and decide whether to appear in the talent pool for verified recruiters.

You upload your current CV. We review its content and ask for additional information only when something relevant is missing.

You can then obtain a professional version ready to download.

The current price is €2.99 per CV. It is a one-time payment. There is no subscription.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Generation and download are unlocked after payment confirmation.

After payment, you can download your CV as PDF and Word.

You should review the final document before using it in hiring processes.

You can save up to 3 CV versions in your profile.

If you reach the limit, you can delete a version to create another.

You can create an account to save CVs, manage your profile and control visibility.

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential.

You must provide truthful information and content you have the right to use.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your CV data and the answers you provide during the process.

The professional profile is based on your CV information and the data you complete in your account.

You can choose which CV to show with your profile.

Your profile is not visible automatically.

It only appears to recruiters if you choose to make it visible.

The talent pool lets verified recruiters discover profiles that match their searches.

Joining the talent pool is optional and under your control.

You can hide or show your profile anytime from your personal space.

If you hide your profile, it will no longer appear in recruiter searches.

We may send notices related to your account, such as when a recruiter views your profile.

We may also send emails required for the service to work (for example verification or access reset).

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

By using OP-CV you also accept that policy.

You can request deletion of your account.

When deleted, we will no longer keep your profile and associated CVs active, except where legal retention obligations apply.

You can delete saved CVs from your profile, subject to the service rules and version limit.

We aim to keep OP-CV available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or external causes.

OP-CV does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or that every hiring process will interpret a CV the same way.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the service in the relevant transaction.

OP-CV, its brand, design and interface belong to the service operator or its licensors.

You keep the rights to your original CV content. You grant us a limited licence to process it and provide the service.

We may update the service, pricing or these terms. The version published on the site applies when you use OP-CV.

These terms are governed by the law applicable in the country of the service operator, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts under applicable law.
