If you create an account, we process your email, password (stored securely) and basic access data.

Your account lets you save CVs, manage your professional profile and control visibility.

When you upload a CV, we process the file and the professional content it contains.

If you answer questions during the process, we also store those answers to prepare your CV.

After payment, we generate a professional version you can download as PDF and Word.

If you activate a professional profile, we process the information needed for recruiters to find you when you allow it.

Your profile is not visible by default. It only appears in searches if you choose to make it visible.

You can show or hide your profile anytime from your personal space.

If a recruiter views your profile while it is visible, we may record that event to send you a notification.

We may send emails related to your account: verification, access, password reset, or notices when a recruiter views your profile.

You can manage email preferences from your personal space when that option is available.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

We use external providers for hosting, payments (Stripe) and, after payment confirmation, to prepare the final version of your CV.

These providers only receive the information needed to deliver the service.

We keep your account, saved CVs and profile while your account remains active, unless you request deletion or remove specific items.

You can delete individual CVs (subject to service rules) and request account deletion.

You may request access, rectification, deletion or objection to the processing of your personal data, according to applicable law.
